For outdoor poles up to 2″ outside diameter. A strong, one-piece model equipped with a long-life Delrin pulley wheel on a stainless steel shaft. Slips over the top of poles, 1″ to 2″ outside diameter. Held in place by through-bolt. Accepts pipe threads of ornaments.
